This book has become a really good helper at my kitchen. It helps me to cook a healthy food for my family. Especially if you want your family eat less fat food. My kids enjoy meals made of cottage cheese I found in this book.The book is good.
It's a wonderful idea to distribute healthy food for the whole week from Monday to Sunday. Dishes in the book are simple and cook may be a teenager, and the recipe for lasagna at the end of the book is simply delicious.
Recipes from all over the world are included in this book. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I started with the soup in the pot and also made the stewed mushrooms with potatoes. Both these recipes were tasty and the whole family loved it.
